WCFA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit (TIN 88-0348135) dependent upon private donations, grants, bequests and fundraising events to fund spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations and medical care for the cats and dogs we foster and adopt to loving homes; to assist with spay/neuter for qualified low-income pet owners and to spay/neuter of feral and stray cats through Trap-Neuter-Return.
